Provider and agreement
YELZI is operated by DIGITAL XY LTD., a subsidiary of WOXA GROUP HOLDING LTD. These terms apply to the YELZI website and viewing service. Read them together with our privacy, service delivery, and refund policies before registering or purchasing.
Service and viewing rights
YELZI streams digital films and series. The website identifies available free and member episodes. Access is a personal viewing licence, not ownership of the content. Availability can vary by country, licensing period, and release schedule.
Accounts and minors
Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement or obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Minors should use the service under supervision and choose age-appropriate content. Contact us about unauthorised account access.
Pricing, payment, and renewal
YELZI PLUS is a monthly subscription with a reference price of USD 12 per month. The payable amount, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval are disclosed before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Web purchases are available only when billing is enabled. App-store purchases, where offered, use the price and terms shown by that store. There is no free trial unless explicitly offered with its conditions.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal from the subscription page and the billing provider used for your purchase before the next renewal. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not redistribute, sell, record for distribution, or commercially exploit content without permission. Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s account, commit payment fraud, or disrupt the service. Content rights belong to their respective owners. Report alleged infringement with the relevant links and evidence of your rights.
Availability, suspension, and legal rights
Playback quality depends on your device and network. We may restrict access for violations or security risks and provide a reason when reasonably possible. Contact us about service or billing failures for resolution or refund assessment. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and complaints
We publish updated terms with their revision date and provide notice of material subscription changes before they take effect as required by law. Price changes apply to future billing periods after notice; you may cancel before renewal. Send complaints to [email protected]. This does not limit your right to contact a consumer authority or a court with jurisdiction.
